Director of Customer Love
Karen is responsible for developing and guiding the Customer Love team in providing effective, instructional and motivational support to an ever-expanding customer community. She strives to keep the team ahead of the latest customer concerns and questions, providing valuable information to both current and prospective customers. In addition to supporting PayPerPost's external customers, Karen and her team cultivate internal communications throughout PayPerPost.
Karen pulls from more than 15 years' experience in customer service, spanning across healthcare, corporate benefits, sales and retail within companies including McKesson, Hewitt and Quintiles. Within those companies, she built and trained national and international customer service teams. Her teams have provided employee benefit assistance to Fortune 500 Companies, coordination of premarket medication studies, support to consumers and providers of postmarket medications, and comprehensive inside sales assistance.
