PayPerPost Direct is functionality that extends our marketplace to allow our Advertisers to deal with specific bloggers for smaller campaigns. The system is designed to facilitate the negotiation, payment processing and tax reporting required in order to successfully complete a sponsored post transaction. Through PayPerPost Direct you can easily identify Bloggers who accept sponsored posts and approach them with confidence that they will consider your offer. PPP Direct is available through a Directory of Bloggers and a widget that bloggers install on their blogs.
When you see the PayPerPost Direct widget on a blog you would like to sponsor you can quickly create a sponsored post offering within the blog itself. The widget then transmits that offer to the blogger, allowing the blogger to accept, reject or negotiate different terms. Once terms are agreed and a sponsorship offer is accepted, PayPerPost Direct facilitates the financial transaction for each party in exchange for a one-time 10% service fee — providing each party with a useful negotiation and tracking platform, and safety that the other party will perform.
When you go Direct please recognize that you become responsible for all reviews and quality assurance. PayPerPost does not review Direct posts, instead our team is here to resolve issues if they should arise. PayPerPost Direct is recommended for smaller, highly niched campaigns. For larger blog outreach campaigns we recommend using the Marketplace.
